The answer, the obvious Mr SUKI! The 'discipline' Master of WSSS. A guy who hails from the K9 Unit in the police and force and is 51. Yes, 51. He should be retiring but I guess his got some bossing around to do cause he got bullied badly in his K9 unit.
Honestly, I've been tolerating his shitty attitude since last year. Confiscating of HP's? Oh ok, this sounds logical. But does Hair got anything relevant to HPS. NO. THERE IS NO FUCKING LINK TO IT.
